I wrote earlier about Jennifer Lawrence and suggested a Gossip Genie request: Jennifer Lawrence and Robert Pattinson? Just thought of another one.
Here’s Jennifer Garner at a screening last night of her new film The Tribes Of Palos Verdes. I find it so interesting that JJ Abrams showed up to support her. They of course know each other best from Alias. You remember her amazing interview with Vanity Fair last year? He spoke to VF about Jennifer for that piece:
“I don’t remember having more fun working with anyone than I’ve had working with her,” Abrams reflects. “She’s smart-funny—she makes you want to be funnier and smarter, and you know that when you throw the best you’ve got her way she’ll make it better. No one’s perfect. But no one’s Jen Garner.”
Abrams, whose Star Wars: The Force Awakens broke box-office records last year, makes no bones about wanting to work with Garner again. “It would be a dream and we talk about it. She really is on the cusp of the most interesting, the most complex and satisfying roles as an actor.”
I know Star Wars people have all kinds of feelings about JJ Abrams and whether or not he should be involved in the franchise but the fact is, JJ Abrams is no small deal. Ben Affleck isn’t the only one with connections in this town.
As for that Gossip Genie request and even though Jennifer insists that she’s not thinking about dating right now – when she is ready though, who might come after Ben? WHY NOT CHRIS PRATT?
Admit it. This is perfect. The MiniVan Majority would approve on both sides. They’re the same kind of wholesome and live in the same range of values. And for Jennifer, it’s definitely not a downgrade. Chris Pratt has become a major box office star with two major movie franchises. He is not sloppy. It’s almost as obvious as Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez. You in?
Also attached – Chris Pratt at the gym yesterday. And this, a new Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom sneak peek. My GOD that looks real.
