For most of us, red lipstick comes out rarely, not an everyday application. Gwen Stefani isn’t us. And so when she reverses her red, it is such a lovely surprise. Said it before, my favourite video is Underneath it all, in black and white on the bed and her face is made to look bare… SO beautiful.

And she was last night at the FGI Night of Stars event in New York. Big hair, sharp eyes, nude lips, great legs, stunning. I always do this when she skips the red. I YouTube the video. And I remember how much I love the song. And the lyrics too, especially taken in context with the tumultuous early part of her relationship with Gavin.

Have been stalking a dress from her new line but it’s been like 10 bloat days in a row. F-ck.
