It’s probably intentionally big. Like some kind of Comme des Garcons weirdness that only Lady Gaga is supposed to understand. Fine. But to me it’s a wasted design when it could look so much more flattering. Especially the interestingly weird two flap detail at the back. And the sort of peplum shape of the jacket. Which, as it is, just looks oversized as opposed to structured.
