This is Gwyneth Paltrow surveying the construction around her house today in London. The dude with her is supposedly Gary Lightbody. He’s the front man for Snow Patrol, a band most famous for their inclusion on the Grey’s Anatomy soundtrack. Like Coldplay, let’s call it soft rock.

That, obviously, will definitely be the implication, even though the two seem to be walking in the open around her home, around workers, around neighbours, not exactly characteristic of an unfaithful morning after.

Me, I am not smutty tingling, as delightfully smutty as this would have been. Not to say that Gwyneth isn’t capable, but if she were to go there, she wouldn’t do it with someone LESS famous and less wealthy than what she already has. Please. This is a pragmatic girl who knows about status. In her mind, infidelity would have to have an upside and probably a really, really impressive bank account.
