Holy f-ck, Duana and I are going to Show Your Work the sh-t out of this wedding. There’s a lot to break down. And we will. But today, let’s have some fun with it. Because that was too good. And my heart hasn’t recovered from the way Harry looked at Meghan. How he couldn’t stop looking at Meghan. The way he shyly told her that, “You look amazing”, and then added, “I’m so lucky”. How they kept their fingers locked the whole time, her hand on his thigh. While the Queen looked on behind them. HOT.
The kiss was hot too, considering where they were and who they are. There was some longing in those necks, right? Come on. Let us have this. It’s going to be a while before we get to do this again. And we have to make up for the undeniable uptightness that was on display inside that chapel.
Rewind though to when Meghan arrived and Harry saw her for the first time, being escorted by his father. There was a lot of emotion on his face. It was big for him, it had to have been. He had to have been moved by that sight, by the vision of his love, accompanied by his father, who he adores, beside his brother standing up for him, and maybe missing just one piece.
I just made myself cry. Is that conceited?
