Remember when Karl Lagerfeld dismissed Heidi Klum because:

Needless to say, where German models are concerned, Claudia > Heidi according to Karl.

Roberto Cavalli however is a different story. Cavalli is much more democratic. After all, Cavalli is paying the Italian Queen – on the up and up – to sell his animal print underwear. So Cavalli, of course, would consider Heidi like a 3rd wife or a 4th daughter. Of course. Heidi is several steps up from Ely. So many steps.

Here they are then last night in Milan at the AMFAR gala, all fake friendy and such, as Cavalli holds court on his turf, far away from Karl and Paris.
