You know who that red cape belongs to without looking at the captions?

This is of course the red Superman cape, as seen on Henry Cavill, in Illinois on Friday shooting the movie. I am nowhere near a Superman super geek but, um, I’ve seen all the Christopher Reeve movies and I remember a farm house being the Kent House...or am I bugging?

Anyway, it’ll be a while before we find out for sure since Warner Bros has moved Superman back to 2013, six months after its originally intended date of December 2012. I know nothing but I do wonder if that has anything to do with what a disappointment Green Lantern was for them. Interestingly enough, Superman is now scheduled one week before RIPD which is Ryan Reynolds’s big budget graphic novel adaptation release. Maybe I’m just too much of a conspiracy whore.
