This is Tom Ford. And for some reason it's being called a wardrobe malfunction by the Daily Mail. I don't see a malfunction? I see great function and fashion. Love how the dress is bloused by the belt so that it's not just a tight sparkly dress. Love the high collar which the Daily Mail also took issue with. To me, these details are what makes this dress not boring.
