But her friends aren’t good friends…?

Last night Jessica Simpson’s make up artist Mary Phillips couldn’t hold her vodka and was arrested for being obnoxious at the Sunset Tower. She must have been well well well past breaking because word is they have a very high tolerance over at the Sunset Tower for the drunks. Not related – Sean Penn hangs out there all the time. Maybe the high tolerance then is reserved for those in the spotlight, and not for the riffraff behind the camera.

TMZ reports that well after 2am Friday morning, Jess showed up at the station to bail out her girl. They’d been hanging out earlier in the evening per J’s Twitter. She posted a photo of the two of them with her main gay Ken Paves. Next thing – Mary is dragged out of the hotel by the police and Jess is denied her request because the authorities could not release Mary until she’d sobered up.

You and I would have done the same but still…give credit to Jess, because a lot of other famous motherf-ckers in her position would have bounced, preferring to avoid the scrutiny. But she needs better friends. This Mary is a makeup artist. Why the f-ck does she let my Porny go out all the time the way she does?

It’s amazing to me, that she surrounds herself with beauty specialists. And still there are those disasters, one after the other. Oh you know them.
