Page Six reports that Joe Simpson is apparently trying to capitalise on the death of Michael Jackson by “pitching a concept album” of MJ songs performed by Ashlee Simpson.

Say what pimp?

Like, Ashlee Simpson singing Remember the Time all pseudo emo-styles, is that what he means?

Sounds too absurd, right?

They couldn’t possibly…

I mean who would…

The audacity, the crassness of it all…

If it were anyone else, I wouldn’t believe it. But it’s HIM. It’s THEM. There is no shame where they are concerned.

So “thanks God” it’s not up to him. And if the guardians of the Jackson catalogue are smart, and not blinded by greed, they’ll tell Joe Simpson to put his head up his ass and laugh in his face.
