Last night, Hamlet’s official debut in New York, it was a triumphant evening for Jude Law whose performance is generating wonderful reviews from critics and fans.

Here he is on stage accepting his ovation and then at the afterparty, relieved and ready to throw a few back.

Said it before, will repeat: Hamlet has made him hot again. When he’s on stage, as in these photos, Jude is so much more attractive than he is off. Check it – soon as he’s on the carpet in his own clothes, the sexy scales itself back. Way back.

Perhaps it’s because offstage he’s being so dicky about his new baby and the baby mother. Jude supposedly demanded another paternity test and has yet to see his daughter. Then again, one could argue that he has to work even harder now. More mouths to feed.
