Last night in London at the Empire Film Awards, Jude Law showed up, as handsome as ever, after spending a few days in Paris shooting his Dior ad with Guy Ritchie. F-------ck he is pretty right now. It’s been said over and over but goddamn it’s too hard not to repeat.

Also quivering some loins – Sam Worthington was there to collect the Best Film Award for Avatar. I like Sam ok when he’s on his own. But when he stands next to people, it all goes to sh-t for me. They tower over him.

And finally Aaron Johnson received the Best Newcomer Award accompanied, of course, by my current obsession Sam Taylor-Wood, his expectant fiancée. Personally I find the posing with the hand on the pregnant belly, um, not appealing. Why is it a pregnancy standard? Does it signal virility and ownership? Gross.

Also, Aaron looked like sh-t. Something really wonky is happening with his hair. As Laura always say: I am fickle. This is not helping.
