Waited at the elevator beside Kate Bosworth yesterday at the Intercon. She was on junket assignment for her new film The Girl in the Park with Sigourney Weaver.

She is taller than most, though not as tall as you might think, and sooooper thin. Especially her legs. Too bony, not attractive. Her face however is total gorgessity. Luminous skin, lovely lips, great bone structure, conservative but killer outfit – all the makings of a total stunner.

Except there’s something missing. There’s a vacant look about Kate’s eyes – not vacant like dumb, and not vacant like absent-minded but an emptiness that has a deeper root, similar to someone who’s been medicated for too long. Or maybe it’s just me.

But you’ve heard those rumours, right? The rumours about white powder and a hoover?
