In April of this year, Lilo hung out with Kate Moss and even though she"s wearing a black dress with no revealing neckline, you can see her bulging nicely in the chest area. At the Costume Institute Gala that month she held up a strapless dress quite nicely, and by June she was looking dirty but very very bouncy again in a fugly gold/copper dress for a night out in New York. Conclusion? Bonafide boobies, y"all. I am all over it.
