I had other thoughts I wanted to put in the title for this post. Like…

Jared Leto could never. 

And…

Johnny Depp only wishes. 

But first, let me show you what I’m talking about. I mean, this would be enough on its own:

I want to watch a whole ass 90 minute movie of Keanu Reeves posing and brooding in leather and black and white. Because there’s nothing forced here. Nobody’s trying to jam it into our faces that he’s a “Sauvage”. There is, for sure, a wildness to Keanu that doesn’t involve too many scarves or putting rats into his co-stars trailers because he’s just that method. Keanu is offbeat, but he’s also goofy, goofy enough to play a character called “Duke Caboom”, a goofy Canadian stuntman, in Toy Story 4, and show up in a rom-com starring Ali Wong and Randall Park. 

Tonight is the Met Gala. Jared Leto, no doubt, because of his association with Gucci and Alessandro Michele, will be ridiculous, even by Camp standards. At this point, what would be truly Camp for him is to cosplay Tom Cruise. This is not what Jared will do – since that would actually require a true understanding of what Camp actually is, and he doesn’t have it. Keanu Reeves, on the other hand, much of his work is Camp. John Wick is Camp! That said, John Wick is definitely NOT going to the Met Gala.
