Hated it at first when I saw the ruffled front. But looking closer, the dress is a modified trench coat which makes up for the generic chest area, kind of, but if only it came in a different colour. And if only she’d done something more ... imaginative with her hair. Is a suburban wave like this really preferable to just wearing it straight?
