I mean, I like the idea. And I feel like Duana would be all over this. The problem with crushed velvet though is … those patches. In person, I bet you this would have been a lot better, a lot more attractive. But we’ve seen what light can do to pieces that look great in person. In combination with that colour – a couch from the 70s – I’m not sure it’s accomplishing what it’s intended to accomplish.
Also, Jesus those shoes are hideous.
