This is celebrity hierarchy. And the lowest ones are those who wear it last. You'll note, this Stella McCartney has pretty much had its run from Gwyneth Paltrow to Nicole Kidman and practically right off the runway too. No doubt, neither of them had to pay for it. I'm not sure the same generosity applies to LeAnn Rimes. And I'm not sure Stella's pleased that her design is being showcased so poorly with a shot of saggy side tit. I thought the point of implants was so they stand up all the time?

Some girls make clothes look expensive. Others make them look like they come from the Chinese mall.
