Yesterday in this article about Hayden Christensen, I posited that when men get full faces, they don’t ever get their faces back – a rare female advantage. During the LiveBlog, Leonardo DiCaprio was suggested by one of the commenters as an another example. TOTALLY. Vince Vaughn too. Agree or disagree?

Here’s Leo yesterday on the set of J Edgar with darker hair, taking some direction from Clint Eastwood, and certainly slimmer than we usually see him when he’s not working but… it’s not like it was, no. Google pictures from before. You don’t even have to go as far back as Titanic. I mean even from The Aviator to now, it’s not the same.

Also attached – Dame Judi Dench who, I think, plays Hoover’s mother, and Dustin Lance Black, who won an Oscar for writing Milk, and wrote the script for this one too. That’s a lot of Oscars and nominations on this set. Expectations.
