Because it’s not like she can call up any designer and have them send something over anymore, you know? Most prom dresses are more elegant than this one. And it’s not just because Lindsay Lohan is wearing it, it is the dress itself – budget material and budget construction, amateurly designed, and poorly photographed which, well, I guess that’s about right.
