Lori Harvey has been added to the cast of Reasonable Doubt giving Jacek a reason to watch

Reasonable Doubt is adding Lori Harvey to the cast, and at least one new viewer. (It’s Jacek.)

The Beckhams are on their annual yacht vacation, minus a few members. That doesn’t seem to be slowing down the festivities or the family photos. Meanwhile, the Peltz-Beckhams couldn’t wait to drop photos from their vow renewal. The dress is certainly an upgrade from the original wedding. Yes, she wore custom Valentino but it was quite severe, almost restrictive. This dress floats. Her dad was the officiant. LOL.

The Sussex Netflix deal is not dead, but it has been reworked. Going back to my initial piece on it, it looks like Meghan’s relationships (particularly with CCO Bela Bajaria) are still strong. Bajaria’s statement specifically points to the success of Harry & Meghan and As ever selling out… but there’s no mention of Harry’s projects.

Season two of With Love, Meghan is dropping this month and there will be a holiday special (great idea, though I think they should have gone with Thanksgiving instead of Christmas). It is Meghan who is driving the content, which makes sense as this is her wheelhouse. It sounds like both Netflix and Meghan are happy to continue but it’s not quite the same level as a ‘get’ – it’s more measured. That’s less to do with Meghan and more to do with the state of streaming right now. Shonda Rhimes created the Bridgerton Universe, and The Residence, which is under her umbrella, was cancelled. Netflix’s propensity for throwing big money at big names is over (for now).

Martha Stewart has announced a skincare line – she knows retail margins! What’s interesting is she has been talking about her love of Mario Badescu products forever and they commented “Don’t forget about us” with a tear-drop emoji. She responded that she wouldn’t and her product is different. This tells me that she didn’t approach them for a collab and went out on her own, without dropping hints until the product was ready. And it’s direct-to-consumer with no big box retailer (yet).

Far be it for me to make any Beyoncé predictions but I can’t really help myself this time – it’s the move from horse to motorcycle. So act iii is definitely rock?
