Lori Loughlin being back on Instagram is not that scandalous – she did her time, there was even a Curb Your Enthusiasm episode about it (it’s a great episode about Larry sponsoring her for membership at his golf club).
It’s well-known that celebrities use ghostwriters for their memoirs (from royalty to Real Housewives) and the best ones are in high demand. The reason AI will never replace a co-author is because they aren’t just writing, they are shaping the story – they are pulling out the details and function as a proxy for the audience, as well as a storyteller and an editor. And celebrities love to mythologize themselves so it’s ego as well.
Role Model’s real name is Tucker Pillsbury? OK, whatever we don’t have time for this right now.
I have written extensively about the Tom Cruise coconut cake and who is on the list (pretty much everyone he has worked with). You know who doesn’t get a coconut cake? Gal Gadot. He took one look at that blank face on the set of Knight and Day and decided she was not coconut cake worthy.
Who is watching Lanterns? It’s a critical and ratings hit, the acting and story pacing are really strong. The only thing that gives me pause is the ages of the central family, like why are the parents/kids so close in age that they look like siblings. I won’t spoil who but you will know exactly what I mean if you’ve watched it.
