The shorter part underneath, it looks like shorts doesn’t it? It’s NOT shorts, I know, but it seems like it, like it’s a bodysuit under drapes. Dresses like these always remind me of Demi Moore’s infamous Oscar spandex situation. It’s not my favourite.
