Meghan Sussex spoke about moving from an overall Netflix deal to a first look, comparing her and Harry’s trajectory to the Obamas’ deal (which makes sense, there are a lot of parallels). When asked about season three, she deferred to the Christmas special and said that eight episodes of TV production is a lot of work and they are looking at different formats.

I think this makes a lot of sense; food and hosting TV thrives on holiday specials.

Greek potatoes are a delightful dish and I have never even come close to getting them right. Soft, fluffy, lemony – will Tina Fey be the one to show me the way?

Tracy Anderson is of course known for being a celebrity trainer but her business is bigger than that, she has studios all over the US and charges a premium for her online classes. She has her fitness theory and doesn’t waiver from it, doesn’t get into trends, and this has made her name synonymous with a certain type of exercise. Here she is talking about her fight to copyright her style, which is interesting. On a completely gossipy side note, Tracy’s two most consistent A-list clients are Gwyneth Paltrow and Jennifer Lopez. Jennifer Garner has been a fan of Body by Simone, run by Simone De La Rue. At one point, Simone worked under Tracy and then went off and opened her own studio. There’s beef there. And what do those three clients have in common? The Boston menace.

Hailey Bieber is on the cover of WSJ Magazine after, to quote Puck News, she blew the doors off Sephora. A victory lap she deserves. And the question with retail, especially in such a busy space, is what’s next? Haircare would be a logical step.

I watched the Victoria Beckham documentary this weekend and I love how the Paris fashion show was set up with the tension of a Big Game in a sports documentary. I didn’t learn any profound truths about Victoria but I am a Beckham scholar and you can trace the times the press has particularly been all up in their marriage to times that Victoria was at a personal or professional low.

But while the press is hyper-focused on her marriage, the money was a much more interesting story. Particularly the way Victoria came from entertainment budgets and having to adjust to being an independent fashion line. Although she has partnered with an investor, I do wonder if the long game is acquisition by LVMH or Kering. Beauty is what saved the Victoria Beckham brand and on that note I bought the very expensive foundation drops (and I rarely wear makeup) and hate to inform you they are quite good. Silky and light.

Ethan Slater posted about Wicked but didn’t tag Ariana Grande or Cynthia Erivo. But he did tag a few of his other castmates. Ariana has not liked this post but she did like one that was posted on September 24th. The second press junket might be a gossip buffet.
