She walked the carpet for the premiere of Hunky Dory. I don’t know the designer of this dress but I’m looking at the cheap waistband and I’m wondering if it isn’t Katie Holmes & Yang. And if isn’t... well that’s not a compliment for whoever it is that actually put it together. Because it’s a mess. Having said that, those elastics in those garments, it’s just not gala appropriate. Ultimately then it’s the fault of the wearer. Why would she choose something so unpolished?
