TMZ is confirming that Nicole Richie is pregnant. You will recall that last week I reported exclusively that those who"ve styled her were gossiping that clothes were being sent back because they were too small, accounting for actual growth. Nicole grows!

If true, it would obviously mean that someone with little to no body fat can ovulate. And that Joel Madden can clearly fertilise someone so marginally fertile.

Needless to say, Nicole, ever the savvy media manipulator, is keeping quiet. And of course the prospect of a jailtime looms…will they send a fragile Nicole with child to prison?
