Cinsistent encouragement, one measly pound at a time, is exactly the kind of positive reinforcement she needs. Alright, enough harping about the bones. Let"s focus on Nicole Richie"s impeccable style. I like everything she wears. And this dress, on anyone else, would have been too old, too socialite, too polo party and cigars. On Nicole Richie? It"s perfect and if I was 10 years younger with a flat chest and no curves, I"d be all over her funky vibe too.
