Anyway, many of the VD emails involve Nina Dobrev and Ian Somerhalder and whether or not they’re dating. Well, maybe this tip will answer that question for you.

I’m told that the two were out on Valentine’s Day together for dinner at a restaurant called Parish in the Virginia Highlands around Atlanta. Observers saw the two “canoodling”. They were nice and pleasant but tried not to invite attention and focused on each other.

Seems pretty definitive to me.
