November 14, 2023 – Shout-Outs

Heather! Happy Birthday from Meg! It’s my birthday wish for you, and the rest of North America, that onigiri becomes more readily available. I’m lucky that there’s a wonderful little Japanese store not too far away from where I live that I hit up on weekends but again, this goes back to the difference between 7-Eleven here in Japan and in the west, where as I said, food goes to die. I just had a pocket spinach salad from 7-Eleven the other day that brought me back to life.
