Her new album is called Loud, will be released on November 15. Apparently it’s a new sound, the “evolution of Rihanna”, and among the contributors, none other than her friend and one time flirtation Drake who has just confirmed that they’ve recorded a song together.

Red Rihanna returned the favour last night as she attended his show and afterparty in New York in a tight striped dress. Earlier Tuesday she hit up a favourite restaurant Da Silvano in a pair of Agnes J Stealth J Brands. I only know this because they were my birthday gift to myself last Friday after trying them on – Mena Suvari was in the change room next to me, random – at Basquiat in Yaletown in Vancouver, and Fiona, my most undemonstrative best friend, showed more emotion than she has in 2 years when she told me I had to buy them.

They’re flattering. And... they stretch. And they accommodate curves. As you can see here, Rihanna is not all bones. So if you’re looking for something new and black and trendy but not too temporary, this is a solid fall buy.
