Rita Ora deserves a shoutout for her great delivery in Too Much

You know who deserves a Too Much shoutout? Rita Ora. I feel compelled to do it because I’ve been slightly shady to her on occasion.

Social media can be a mindf-ck and we all need that friend who, when we feel anxious or upset about something that only exists in the digital sphere, to look at us and say “who the f-ck is Wendy Jones?” and bring us back to reality.

I was WRONG (shocker) about Gisele being a Leo, she is a Cancer. I went by the post date (July 24) rather than her actual birthday (July 20). I know less than nothing about astrology but thank you to the reader who said she would not be surprised if Gisele posted this to encroach on Tom Brady’s Leo season. LOL.

Kelly Clarkson is doing a Vegas residency and she just sold part of her masters to an equity group. That’s on top of her popular talk show and her lucrative deal with Wayfair. The general public hears “sold their masters” and thinks “trouble” but this could be a way to streamline management and accounting. VC’s are profitable, not personal. Considering what she went through with her ex-husband and his dad, she would have had catch up on years of complex finances while going through a divorce and custody issues.

Maybe these big moves are her way of controlling the cash flow and putting teams in place that are accountable to her. Her career was essentially run like a family business and we’ve seen how that works out for most artists.

Dua Lipa is never beating the “always on vacation” allegations and thank goodness. She is a pop star who actually enjoys a pop star life. Travels, reads books, doesn’t hang out with dusty billionaires on yachts, no weird fandom shadowing here. The vibes are immaculate, as the kids say.

Travis Kelce posted a summer photo dump and people are calling this Instagram official, but I rebuke that because she’s posted him twice. Let’s be real, we’ve been watching to see what she does since the first time she showed up at his game. What’s notable about his photos is it gives a glimpse into how intertwined their friends and family are – Travis and his brother hanging out with her brother Austin and lots of vacations with friends on both sides. Very intertwined.
