This Monday is full of gifts. First Jim Sturgess, now Robert Downey Jr. Here he is on the set of Due Date and also prepping for a fight sequence with his trainer. Due Date is Todd Phillips’s next film, a comedy, about a man trying to get home to his wife, who is in labour, and he’s forced to endure a road trip with Zach Galifianikis. Philips and Galifianikis last worked on The Hangover. RDJ + Phillips + Galifianikis? High hopes for comedy gold.

Sherlock Holmes is coming. Holmes and Watson, or, “Hotson”, as Guy Ritchie calls him, referring to Jude Law’s nickname, are due in theatre December 25th. The premiere in London is next Monday the 14th.
