It’s been almost a month. They met at a party and were making out within minutes. Now it’s weekend holidays. Must be serious. Sure. Here’s Ryan Phillippe with a new trick, some model called Alexis Knapp, hitting up the liquor store last weekend for a Memorial Day party.

Professionally for Phillippe it’s been an adjustment. And no wins to report. His gamble with MacGruber did not pay off. FLOP. It would be one thing to be a supporting player in a major blockbuster, it’s another to take a secondary role in a failure. But this is Phillippe’s new reality: no longer a headliner or a leading man, piddling in the middle of the list of all acting men, and frankly not all that talented. In fact, his acting reminds me of Jessica Biel. Auditions.
