What do you think of this...(what is it?)... super long waistcoat she’s wearing on top of the silver gown? It’s obviously on purpose. It’s obviously some kind of look. I just... don’t know if I can get with it .

One or the other, right? Thing is, I like the waistcoat, or whatever it is, more than the dress. If she’d just worn the waistcoat, and nothing else, with some crazy ass shoes, that would have been a great situation for me. The she’s gone about it, I actually don’t understand.
