Speaking of The Devil Wears Prada 2, filming continues apace in New York. Yesterday, three of the “Prada four” were on set: Meryl Streep, Anne Hathaway, and Emily Blunt. Andy Sachs is sporting cerulean on her scarf, and this time out, Emily Charlton is rocking platinum blonde hair, not her signature red from the original film. I am into this film’s dedication to Strong Looks.

You know what’s going to be insane? The press tour for this movie. It will unironically be runway after runway for two actresses who have good reputations for red carpet dressing. (Emily Blunt can be kind of hit and miss, but only because she tries stuff, she’s not always going for the safe look.) And I’m sure that Meryl Streep and DEFINITELY Stanley Tucci will up their game and turn out looks on every step and repeat, too.

Should we make a bingo card for this? I feel like this press tour will tick a lot of boxes, sort of how the Barbie press tour had Barbie enthusiasts guessing which vintage doll’s look Margot Robbie would recreate on the next red carpet. But what should be on the bingo card? Definitely “cerulean” and “the Chanel boots”. Should there be a square for “statement necklace” and “huge, hopefully faux, fur coat”? How about “oversized sunglasses”? We have some time to noodle on this. What squares would you add?
