What Else?
I haven’t seen Red One. But I can already tell you my favourite part of the movie: LUCY LIU! And even if Red One gets sh-tty reviews, I’m still happy that it’s given us the opportunity to see Lucy looking stunning AF at the premieres. Look at her in this gold dress. It’s the most perfect fit. And her face is a gold standard. (Go Fug Yourself)
This is a story about Barney. When I hear that name, my mind goes to our dog, Barney. Barney is turning 14, God willing, on November 30. Every day people still ask if he’s a puppy because he’s so old he’s now all white and he has always had a youthful, curious face and also the energy of a two year old. From the day we brought him home, Barney has been bonkers – a ball of neurotic, nervous energy but also so sensitive and sweet. Our Barney is the #1 Barney in my heart. But because of Barney, I have a soft spot for Barneys, including Barney the Dinosaur who, like my Barney, brings so much joy. And anyone who wants to f-ck with Barney is no friend of mine! (Pajiba)
Yesterday I posted about Jessica Simpson and her musical comeback but also whether or not she’s splitting from her husband Eric Johnson. Now there are reports about divorce attorneys and if people close to her are leaking to TMZ, I wonder if Jessica actually wants this out there. As I wrote yesterday she’s likely aware of the speculation about her marriage. And instead of shutting it down, people “close to her” are fueling it even more. (Celebitchy)
Social media popped off yesterday after Martha Stewart pushed Drew Barrymore away during their interview because she didn’t want to be touched. To me it’s a funny TV moment. Martha is being c-nty and amazing Martha and Drew is being fawning and cringy Drew and I don’t think either of them walked away from that with bad feelings. Can we talk about how OUTSIDE Martha has been though when she claims she hates her documentary?! Please. She knows exactly what she’s doing. (Huff Post)
The new John Mulaney GQ profile is… a LOT. And most people seem to be fixating on the Olivia Munn revelations but the quote that stood out to me the most was this one: “I can be really set in my ways, in some ways,” Mulaney says. “But I am very good at major transformations.” That, to me, sounds like a person who takes dramatic swings. He’s all in… until he isn’t. (GQ)
