Well now the commercial has been released. Below.

The only Posh you see is at the very end, a corner of her head and her arm as she surveys all her clones. All the Poshes in her posh dresses, everyone who wants to look like her, and who can afford $2500 per dress, to become an imitation Mrs Beckham who herself is an imitation designer, borrowing heavily from Roland Mouret, among others, to create her own anorexic plastic army.

Apparently Posh conceived of the idea herself. She’s so arty and imaginative.

Here she is letting her hair grow out watching the LA Galaxy game on the weekend with her boys. She actually looks really good in these. Soft and, with a half smile, almost happy. Getting the Vogue cover made her almost happy. Almost happy is the happiest it gets when you don’t eat.
