Tom Cruise and Ana de Armas have split and I really don’t need the details because Tom Cruise seems to struggle in his relationships. The only thing I wonder about with him is, why does he consistently date outside of his religion if it is so central to his life? It’s not like a woman can easily adjust to it and yet he seems to seek out romantic relationships with non-Scientologists. A cry for help?

Justine Lupe talks about her love of Vanderpump Rules and reveals she went to school with Laura-Leigh. This is deep in the archives, wow.

Earlier this week Lainey wrote about Maitreyi Ramakrishnan (who is definitely cheering for the Jays) and it got me thinking about Never Have I Ever, my favourite show in the Mindy Kaling Cinematic Universe. The core cast is working steadily but no one has really hit the next level. Look at an ensemble cast like Euphoria which, to be fair, already had Zendaya in a star. Going into its third season, Jacob Elordi and Sydney Sweeney have transitioned to films, Hunter Schafer and Alexa Demie are sought-after in fashion circles and there’s just a ton of buzz around everyone. I know in terms of tone and prestige these shows don’t overlap. But I would say the talent level around both casts is pretty even and one group levelled up with their agents and managers, which then led to more opportunities.

Luke and Sassy Scott attended a Rare Beauty event and took a photo with Selena Gomez, which gives me an opportunity to post my favourite Luke and Sassy Scott video.

It’s almost time for Sexiest Man Alive. It’s Glen Powell right?

The Halloween costume drops are starting and Taraji P. Henson has two Janet Jackson looks. The level of detail is impressive.
