Patricia Clarkson is awesome, truly one of the best Pattys. She’s talking about remaining single and childfree by choice. She chalks it up to a fear of failing as a parent, and I will take her at face value. But for me, it’s freely and openly admitting I am too selfish to make room for kids. I haven’t achieved everything I want to, and kids would prevent me pursuing certain goals. I love the children in my life, but I am glad I don’t have any of my own. Justin Bieber has reportedly hired lawyers to explore extricating him from his contract with Braun, which goes through 2027. I really don’t know what to make of all this mess, but in my experience, people only part with managers for one of two reasons: 1) they are unhappy with the direction of their career, or 2) money stuff.
