Rihanna was in New York yesterday for a meeting with JayZ. She had her grandfather with her. There have been reports for a while now that she’s been readying a new album. Some rumours had it dropping before Christmas. So far it’s all just speculation but even she has said that it’ll be “soon” and giving hints on social media about #R8.
Good.
It’s been too long since we’ve had a new Rihanna track. I’m ready.

The Diamond Ball. It’s her inaugural charity benefit on December 11 in support of her Clara Lionel Foundation. The event will happen in Beverly Hills and Jimmy Kimmel is hosting. Brad Pitt however will introduce her that night. They’ve worked together on fundraising efforts before. Rihanna showed up for Brad at Make It Right a couple of years ago – click here for a refresher. I’m sure it helps with Brad’s street cred with his kids too, non?
