So I’m back from London where it was wall to wall to wall work and, well, the gym happened at the beginning of the week and didn’t happen at all by the end of it. We had a 70 person crew, and I swear we all only averaged about 2 hours of sleep a night, if that.

Can I shout out my trainer Hayley who ran the Vancouver Marathon last week in just 3:24? I am attaching a photo of her. She’s cute, non? And still I haven’t forgiven her for the workout she sent me to London with last week. It was BRUTALLY hard. Will post later.
