It was reported last week that Sandra Bullock and Chris Evans are checking each other out. She's now addressing those rumours. Sort of.

In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, Sandy says that we're all "way behind" the story. And then it turned into pure jokes:

"We've since married and it started breaking apart, so we separated," joked the Gravity star. "We filed for divorce, and I hope everyone can respect our privacy. But we're going to remain friends and share responsibility of the farm animals we've taken on, because you just can't abandon the animals."

Funny, sure.

But not exactly a denial either, right?

I mean I guess you could say that it's a denial because she's flippantly dismissive of it but at the same time, she's also good at this kind of thing. I'll always remember, when she was dating Matthew McConaughey, and the reporters would ask about it, her answer would be, "We're friends", and everyone took that to mean they weren't together. But they were together. And so later on, after they'd broken up, she clarified that she didn't lie -- they were friends, they just weren't "just friends".

Is she doing the same thing this time?
