Woody Allen’s Irrational Man photo call and presser in Cannes today. And Emma Stone’s Cannes first time. Maybe that’s why Emma went with a cocktail dress? I mean it’s not a gown. But I feel like it’s a dress you might see at a party. And also a lot more formal than we’ve seen from her before at this kind of event. Think of how she is normally when she’s on a press tour. Well. Today is Cannes. So I’ll take it as a statement and an appetiser. Because if this is what she’s showing us in the afternoon, I can’t wait to see what she’ll be in on the red steps. Make it count.
There are a lot of people out there hoping Andrew Garfield might show up and that the world will be right again because that would mean they never broke up. But that would totally cockblock the movie, wouldn’t it?
