Duana wasn't a big fan of Emma Stone in Crazy, Stupid, Love. Didn't hate her, just thought she was too samey. Click here for Duana's review. I was ok with Emma, but that may have been because I was too busy hating Analeigh Tipton's overacting. Having I said that, I get it about Emma and the repetition of roles. Which is why The Help should - SHOULD - shake that up. Because if she plays Skeeter the way she played Olive in Easy A, well, we have a huge problem...although, judging by the The Help trailer, um, maybe Olive from Easy A is exactly what we're going to get.

I was only medium about the book. The trailer looks worse. Like some kind of Nora Ephron hybrid. Maybe it's just a bad trailer. I want it to be a bad trailer but a decent movie. I want Emma to be successful.

This is Emma yesterday at Letterman and apparently she bewitched him. I would like this dress better if the webby part wasn't metallic. Also, in grey today on the morning show circuit.

As for her love life - apparently it's still hot between her and Andrew Garfield. According to Us Weekly the two were seen being touchy at a West Hollywood hotel bar last week and then went upstairs to his room to carry on. I would have wanted to watch that. In every pervy way you want to interpret it. Especially now that I know how he wears his jeans.
