Michael Fassbender and Steve McQueen presented Shame at the London Film Festival today. Shame, as you know, is their second collaboration and word is they will work together for a third time on 12 Years A Slave, the true story of Solomon Northrup with Chiwetel Ejiofor in the lead role. Now some people are saying that Shame, starring Michael Fassbender as a sex addict, is like Bernardo Bertolucci’s Last Tango in Paris starring Marlon Brando. I was 14 when I first saw that film. Zoe Kravitz and Michael Fassbender were together. Then in the summer, after the release of X-Men: First Class, she was seen around New York with Penn Badgley. I already mentioned how badly I want to see it, right?
