Dear Gossips,

Last time I posted about Jason Momoa and Eiza Gonzalez it was about three weeks ago after PEOPLE reported that they were over-ish. That’s the word I used to describe whatever it is that’s happening between them because the story was that they were casually dating but love each other very much but decided to end things but there was some hope that they would get back together.

And now it’s PEOPLE again with an “exclusive” on Jason and Eiza’s situation which is that they were both in London at the same place at the same time and though they left separately they were indeed together inside.

Why is PEOPLE trying so hard to make us care about this on-again-off-again couple? And is it working? You might say that it’s working on me since I’m opening the site with it today but mostly my interest in this relationship, or whatever you want to call it, is the magazine’s involvement. What is the investment here? And who is it coming from? Why does it feel so thirsty?
