Anna Delvey will be on the next season of Dancing With The Stars and … this is brilliant casting, I hope the casting director gets a bonus here. She doesn’t even have to make it to the first episode, just the headlines over the last couple of days about this are enough. 

Of course it’s the fact that she’ll be dancing with an ankle monitor – which the youth will deem iconic, the same way they canonised her during her trial for her outfits – and also her reaction to the announcement, which is appropriately low energy, because of course she’ll always and forever be playing the part of an heiress. What I haven’t done enough of is show more photos of Isabelle Huppert in Venice, mostly because of last week’s Labour Day long weekend. But she’s been serving look after look and I know the Fug Girls aren’t sold on this latest one from last night but I love it, because it’s such a no-f-cks-to-give fit, and few people can bring that energy on a carpet than she does, consistently. I’m sure you’ve heard but Adele, after this year, will be taking herself out of the conversation for a long, long time. No new music and no performances. I’m not sure why anyone is surprised by this because it’s what she does after every album – it’s a familiar song. But then again, maybe that’s the issue? The same song part of it? You know who made us all cringe all summer? Katy Perry. Summer is over, culturally at least, and guess who’s still making us cringe? Katy Perry. This is the longest f-cking album release ever – like howwwww is it possible that it isn’t out yet? And this is why she keeps going out there and embarrassing herself.
