Our friends Fiona and Kiu came over on Saturday night for a quick visit. At one point Kiu declared that Beyonce now occupies 4 out of the 5 spots on his Freebie Five. He watched her at the Oscars and was enthralled by her body. He was all like – now that’s a real woman’s body and it’s all natural.

Fiona and I, while certainly impressed with Beyonce’s body because of course it’s gorgeous, did not hesitate to tell him however that B rocks the double Spanx. Not one but TWO pairs. Always. He refused to believe me. I told him to get back in his MiniVan and drive away.

Check out Beyonce in New York on Sunday shooting a new video in a bedazzled gown. The top is lovely. The bottom…wonky and boxy, right? Terrible for the hips. Now if she were to show some leg, balance it out, probably would be slightly improved. As it is… not sweet, even with her 2 x Spanx. Kiu, be honest – you know I’m right.
