Bradley Cooper is back in New York after the Super Bowl in New Orleans on Sunday where he introduced his team, the Philadelphia Eagles. The parade is on Friday, wonder if he’ll be in Philly for it. 

 

For now, though, BCoop is at home, but still in his Eagles gear. At least I think that’s his Eagles gear? Again, I’m not an NFL expert and I’m certainly not versed in Philly sports but the green hoodie is giving Eagles to me. 

 

In other Bradley news, filming begins on his next film, Is This Thing On?, in a couple of weeks. He co-write the script with Will Arnett, who plays the lead character, he’ll also have a supporting role, he will direct… all of which was previously reported, and now it’s confirmed that he’s joined the union and will be a B camera operator on the project. I respect this. I respect that he wants to pick up as much as he can, do as much as he can, not only to expand his own skillset but so to understand the experience of other professionals on set, and advocate for their value. That said, I wonder how he means to offset taking an opportunity away from someone else. In this case, I’d like to give him a little grace because of course he has to learn somewhere and given that he’s a producer, he’s already creating jobs to begin with so, going forward, since of course he’ll continue to produce, director, and write, more jobs will come.

Meghan Markle continues to show off her coat game in Vancouver/Whistler at the Invictus Games. This Mackage parka is a dream, and I was actually eyeing it myself and I don’t actually know why I didn’t end up getting it because I don’t have a parka and f-ck me, this winter I have needed one. Mackage is a Canadian brand, by the way, for those who are unfamiliar. There’s a puffer hanging on my hook in the office right now. And their coats are WARM. (Celebitchy)

Did you hear about Duolingo? This is viral today – the owl is dead and people are in their feelings about it! There’s a bigger plan, obviously, but the reaction has been hilarious. Because Duolingo’s handling of it has been hilarious. Excellent marketing, by the way. And it’s worked because I have not logged in for my Korean lessons in weeks and since I’ll be in Korea next month, I better get my ass on it. As a way to mourn Duo. (The Tab)
