Lauren Santo Domingo (who goes by LSD on Instagram) is the founder of Moda Operandi (a luxury fashion site) and an A-list socialite. The last I heard about her, she directly addressed her former friend, Ivanka Trump regarding Roe v. Wade being overturned. 

They are still in the same social circles. LSD continues to brand herself as the left-wing voice in the upper circles of New York society, she is also cozying up to the Bozos in a big way. They’ve been hanging out in Paris together, air kissing each other’s asses. Which is interesting, as word on the street is Moda Operandi is not profitable and could be in serious financial trouble. Allegedly, of course. 

Yesterday Lainey wrote about the trifecta of Vogue covers, each special in their own way.  I want to add another great fall cover to the list: Nia Long for The Cut. She wrote in the comments, “The joy is real!!!!” and it shows. Then there’s Kerry Washington for InStyle, wearing the f-ck out of Miu Miu. The socks and loafers, HELLO. It’s a lot more fun than the tasteful beiges and cashmere we’ve been inundated with for the last few seasons. I’m very glad everyone is over wanting to dress like the Roys having the worst time of their lives. 

Since I just mentioned Succession, here’s Tom Wambsgans (government name: Matthew Macfadyen) courtesy of his wife Keeley Hawes. They met on the set of Spooks and she left her then-husband a few months after they got married. “Matthew just came straight out with it and said ‘I love you’ in the rain one day. I thought, Oh dear, here we go”. Infidelity is bad etc. but honestly that’s kind of chic. (And evokes Pride & Prejudice, iykyk.) Matthew is probably the least “outside” of his Succession co-stars, mainly because it seems Jeremy, Kieran Culkin, Sarah Snook, J. Smith Cameron and a few others live in NYC, while he is in the UK and during the run of the show, often talked about how difficult the filming schedule was to balance with family life. Clearly he’s a wife guy.

I’m not a One Tree Hill scholar but if you are, please weigh in on the rumblings that Sophia Bush and Hilarie Burton’s friendship has cooled, particularly as the hope of a Netflix reboot is dwindling. It’s been a year since it was announced and not a lot of news since then.
